RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for purchasing an eSIM product from Simphonia, operated by Lipták Lóránt E. V., Hungary. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCT NOTICE


All products sold on https://simphonia.net are digital eSIM products delivered instantly to your email address via QR code, activation code, or tap-to-activate link. Because delivery is immediate and the product is consumed digitally, standard physical return procedures do not apply.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You have verified that your device is eSIM compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchasing.
  • eSIM packages include data connectivity only — no voice calls, SMS, or phone number.
  • Each QR code and tap-to-activate link is single-use and becomes void after installation.
  • Some eSIM products may include a tap-to-activate link as an alternative to the QR code. This link is functionally equivalent to the QR code — it is single-use, non-refundable once delivered, and becomes void after installation.
  • Data validity starts from first use in the destination country, not the purchase date, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
  • Before completing your purchase, you are required to confirm device compatibility via a mandatory checkout checkbox. This confirmation is saved to your order record.


2. NO-REFUND RULE


All sales are final once the eSIM QR code, activation code, or tap-to-activate link has been delivered to your registered email address. We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The eSIM has been installed or activated on a device.
  • The QR code or activation link has been displayed, scanned, tapped, or used — even partially.
  • You purchased the wrong plan, region, or data size.
  • Your device is not eSIM compatible or is carrier-locked.
  • You experience slower-than-expected speeds due to local network conditions outside our control.
  • You no longer need the eSIM due to changed travel plans.


3. EXCEPTIONS


A refund or replacement may be offered at our sole discretion in the following situations, provided the issue is reported within 7 days of purchase and the eSIM has not been installed or activated:

  • Non-delivery: The eSIM QR code, activation code, or tap-to-activate link was never received in your email (including spam/junk folder) and the issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours of reporting.
  • Technical fault: The delivered eSIM is confirmed to be non-functional due to a verified error on our side or our supplier’s side, and you have not yet attempted installation.
  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error.

We reserve the right to request evidence (e.g. screenshots, email headers) to assess any refund claim.


4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND


To submit a refund request, email us at privacy@simphonia.net within 7 days of purchase and include the following:

  • Your full name and the email address used at checkout.
  • Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email).
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Any supporting evidence (e.g. screenshots of the error or missing email).

Requests submitted after 7 days of purchase will not be considered, except where required by applicable law.


5. REFUND PROCESSING TIME


Once a refund is approved, we will process it within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.


6. EU CONSUMER RIGHTS


If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (the “Right of Withdrawal”). However, this right does not apply to digital content that has already been made available (i.e. the eSIM code or activation link has been delivered to your email), provided you gave your express consent via the mandatory checkout confirmation checkbox, and acknowledged the loss of your right of withdrawal before the purchase was completed. This consent is recorded on your order at the time of purchase.

By completing your purchase on our Site, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon delivery of the eSIM code or activation link.
